16 The Distance by Cake with a score of 113 points.
Second place goes to Bob for Gameshow by Two
Door Cinema Club scoring 94 points and just pipping Simon’s Nightswimming
by CD club regulars R.E.M. which scored 93 points.
On to ‘who put on what’ and Pete H looked set to return to form guessing, 6 contributors correctly, alongside Pete K (is this a Pete thing? *checks Pete Q* *sees score of 5* maybe it is!) but then a last-minute dip at the finish line saw Neil edge to victory, correctly identifying 7 contributors! So, a double victory for Neil.
Unsurprisingly, Pete ‘anything with a mandolin or by the Pogues or both’ Quin was picked out the most times (8). This means that there are 5 guessers who still haven’t sussed out Pete’s tastes? What’s wrong with you people? Also, what’s wrong with the people who didn’t guess that it was Katja who put on ‘Tour De France’ by the German group Kraftwerk who Katja went to watch this summer, and who also went to watch the start of the ‘Tour de France’?
